About Roots

Track Club

OUR Mission.

Coach Brandon Palmer

Our mission is to provide track and field athletes with the tools and the training to excel in sport, health, and life.

Welcome to Roots Track Club, the premier location for track & field conditioning.  The RTC is housed within the Roots Athletic Center in Westfield, MA.  Here we aim to provide athletes of all ages with the training, facilities, and resources to succeed.  Whether you are an aspiring track athlete looking to take it to the next level, or just looking for a program to help you get healthy, we are here to help you on your journey.

We capture video of our training sessions to provide instant feedback on form and technique during training sessions.

Speed is king on the track.  We use top of the line assessment tools to track your times.  These evaluations allow us to track your progress and guide our training sessions to the exercises that best serve your needs.

Participants will receive high level coaching from our staff, who will provide developmentally appropriate training for runners ages 10 and up.

Roots Athletic Center

The Roots Athletic Center is equipped with a 300m track, sports performance room, 5 turf fields, and more.
